1. General Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from XR Hardware are covered under a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

 

2. Warranty Inclusions

Under this warranty, XR Hardware will provide replacement parts for any part that breaks or becomes faulty under normal use. The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from XR Hardware.

 

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear

- Products used for purposes other than their intended use

4. Warranty Claim Process

2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.

5. Replacement Parts

The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any replacement parts provided under this warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

XR Hardware's liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts as provided herein. XR Hardware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
